Bio

I completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling at the University of Southampton in 2006. This 4 year part-time course covered learning theory and application,ethology, neurophysiology, psychology, welfare and ethics. It also gave the opportunity to apply the theory to practical case studies. I also completed my M.Sc in Companion Animal Behaviour Counselling at the same university in 2010. In January 2014 I became an ASAB Certified Clinical Animal Behaviourist (CCAB). I am a full member of the the APBC (Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors) and its Chair (2017-20). I am a member of the British Veterinary Behaviour Association (BVBA). I am registered with the Animal Behaviour and Training Council (ABTC) as a Clinical Animal Behaviourist and an Animal Training Instructor.
