Our story

Championing Wellbeing, Driving Change

Celebrating women’s achievements and highlighting key gender issues in veterinary medicine

Championing wellbeing, mental health, and a brighter future for veterinary teams.

Here at The Webinar Vet, we’ve always been passionate about supporting veterinary professionals in every aspect of life and shining a light on the issues that matter most. From championing women in the veterinary field, supporting vets' mental health, to exploring women’s health and empowerment on our VETchat podcast, our goal has been to create a platform for open conversations and positive change.

We’re proud that our CEO, Kathryn Bell, is a woman, especially in an industry where women leaders are still underrepresented. Did you know that only around 10% of CEOs in the UK’s top companies are women? That’s exactly why initiatives like this are so important. We believe in raising awareness, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for women to thrive - not just in veterinary medicine, but across all industries.

We’re bringing together some of our favourite webinars, podcasts, and articles to encourage conversations around gender equality and veterinary mental health.

Our Veterinary Wellbeing Hub will be updated monthly with brand new insights, blogs, and podcasts. We hope you’ll be inspired, learn something new, and join us in pushing for progress.

Workplace Stress and Bullying
