Our theme for March & April Compassion Fatigue & Emotional Resilience

For March and April, our Wellbeing Hub is focusing on Compassion Fatigue & Emotional Resilience — two vital topics for the veterinary profession.

Caring is at the heart of what you do, but constant empathy, difficult cases and emotional conversations can take their toll. Compassion fatigue is the exhaustion that can come from giving so much of yourself, day after day.

This theme is about recognising the signs, building emotional resilience, and sharing practical strategies to help you protect your wellbeing — so you can continue to care for others without losing sight of yourself.
