Introducing our founder

Anthony Chadwick (BVSc CertVD MRCVS)

Anthony Chadwick

Anthony Chadwick BVSc CertVD MRCVS is a veterinary surgeon and the founder and Chief Veterinary Officer of The Webinar Vet, which was established in 2010, at a time when few people in the veterinary profession knew what a webinar was. The transition to online learning has saved veterinary professionals time, money, and travel miles, while simultaneously reducing stress. The community now includes 75,000 veterinary professionals worldwide.

Anthony has loved animals and the planet since childhood and has been encouraging the veterinary industry to evolve into a more hopeful and environmentally friendly profession. In early June 2026, he hosted the fifth annual Veterinary Green Discussion Forum in The Camargue to help accelerate this process. This in-person event brings veterinary professionals together to share ideas, collaborate and explore practical approaches to sustainability. Anthony is also a regular speaker at international veterinary conferences, where he shares his insights and experience on sustainability within the profession.

Kathryn Bell

Kathryn is the CEO for Alpha Vet International Ltd, which includes The Webinar Vet and WikiVet.

Kathryn is a University of Liverpool Business and HR graduate, a certified Talent Dynamics Flow Consultant, and has been with the company for a decade, taking us from a team of 3 to 14 and from 1 brand to 3 through growth and acquisitions.

Kathryn is passionate about helping veterinary professionals around the world by providing the best education, the largest support community, and fostering the planet’s most confident veterinary professionals. She is also incredibly passionate about people, diversity, and business transformation, with a focus on supporting and empowering women.

Outside of work, Kathryn lives by the beach in Liverpool and loves nothing more than spending time there with her young family!
