Rob explores Integrated Parasite Management (IPM) – a whole-farm approach which uses diagnostics, grazing management, animal resilience, biodiversity and responsible medicine use to support sustainable parasite control, reducing resistance pressures and improving outcomes for livestock, farmers and the wider environment. Drawing on BCVA's IPM training work, he highlights how prevention, diagnostics, biodiversity and animal resilience support sustainable parasite control and how veterinarians can play a key role as trusted advisors to farmers on this.
