·         Graduated from Cambridge University in 1993. Spent 10 years in veterinary practices specialising in cattle.

·         Became a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon recognised specialist in Cattle Health and Production in 2003 and a Diplomate of the European College of Bovine Health Management in 2006.

·         Founded EBVC, now Evidence Group, in 2005 with Richard Vecqueray.

·         Special Lecturer at the University of Nottingham since 2006. Provides nutritional advice to some of the best dairy herds in the UK and throughout the EU.
