Bio

Graduated in Veterinary Medicine for the University of Cordoba, Spain, in 2004. After working as a first opinion veterinarian in Spain and UK, he underwent a rotating internship in a private referral hospital followed by a surgical internship at the University of Dublin. Thereafter, he got enrolled in a 3-year- surgical residency at the same University. He obtained the PhD in 2017 followed by the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Surgeons, achieving the specialist status, in 2019. He has worked as a lecture in small animal surgery in Universities in Spain, UK and Ireland, and worked as a specialist in small animal surgery in private referral hospitals in Spain and UK. Since 2022 he is working as a specialist in small animal surgery in Anicura Bahia de Malaga, one of the Anicura referral centres in Spain
