Bio

Allison Johanson is a licensed mental health provider outside of Denver in Greenwood Village. She often works with healthcare providers including veterinarians to manage workplace exhaustion and stress in the field by using the polyvagal theory. She has practiced in this field for 15 years and continues to grow in continuing education on an ongoing basis. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and utilizes these skills for extended, intensive sessions to assist people in getting to a place they can feel comfortable with natural emotions.
