Bio
Tshidi is a Wellness Coach who specialises in Mindset & Wellbeing Mentorship, she is a passionate Burnout Prevention Advocate & uses deep health as a basis for her Wellness Coaching Practice. She qualified over 18 years ago as a Veterinary Surgeon and is a proud Mum of two boys. She holds a postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery & still works in first opinion clinical practice. She also holds a Life Coaching Diploma and Nutrition Coaching Certification.
“In 2018, I went on a mission to figure out how to really help people make lasting changes. I studied personal growth, positive psychology, how the brain works, NLP and many other behaviour science techniques. I love helping people and am a passionate wellbeing educator. I have worn many hats throughout my career that have included: Clinical Director, Practice & Business owner, Clinical Coach, Examiner for Duchy College, Guest lecturer for Bicton College & Bristol University.”
Her special interests lie in Stress Management, Diversity, Inclusion & Equality and Holistic Veterinary Wellness. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider, holds an award in Mental Health Awareness whilst serving as a trustee for the Charity Vets in Mind.
She is the founder of Gardiner Coaching Academy & creator of Burnout Prevention Blueprint online training for veterinary professionals. She volunteers as an elected member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and is the current Chair of the RCVS Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Lead for Global development. She currently undertakes Speaking & Training duties for Active Allyship Workshops at Veterinary Conferences.
