Description
Some eye diseases such as symblepharon and corneal sequestrum, are unique to cats. Others, such as cataracts and inherited retinal degeneration, are common in dogs and rare in cats. And there are diseases such as conjunctivitis and uveal melanoma that are seen in both dogs and cats, yet our clinical approach will depend on the species we are treating. In this talk we shall realize that in ophthalmology, a cat is not a small dog!
