Description

Pet Preferred Diagnostic offers a new universal highly specific and sensitive serological test for the detection eleven specific onconeural antibodies against intracellular neuronal antigens that are associated with twenty-one different tumors and fourteen neurological diseases. These antibodies, called onconeural or high-risk antibodies, can be found in patients with paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS) which are well-defined as cancer-associated neurological diseases and characterized by severe and progressive neurological degeneration, remote from the tumor. Depending on the type of tumor, tumor cells express several antigens that can stimulate the formation of specific autoantibodies that are involved in the development of PNS, which precedes a tumor diagnosis.

It’s important to note that these onconeural antibodies can also be detected without a neurological syndrome and are specific for malignancy rather than for a particular neurological syndrome.

This test is the only one on the veterinary market that differentiates twenty-one different tumors and fourteen neurological diseases and is available for felines too. Dogs and cats with and without clinical signs should be screened for these diseases to detect possible tumours at a treatable stage. The test is an excellent tool to confirm or decline suspicion of having one of 21 tumors, to initiate a timely treatment and to monitor post-treatment.

Good evening, everybody. And welcome to tonight's Webinar. My name is Bruce Stevenson, and I have the honour and privilege of chairing tonight's webinar a huge thank you to our sponsors.
Pet preferred diagnostics. Without their generous sponsorship, we would not be able to bring you tonight's Webinar. So, thank you to pet preferred diagnostics.
Speaking of Chris, it is my absolute privilege to welcome Doctor Chris Aga Sandia to the Webinar vet. Chris was born and raised in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. He received his DVM degree from the Armenian Veterinary Institute, where he also served as president of the student scientific organisation.
Shortly after graduating, Chris received his doctoral degree in neurobiology. Prior to pet preferred diagnostics, Chris was involved in biomedical research in Europe at the University of Iowa and also the University of Pittsburgh. He was the founder and director of an electron microscopy laboratory at the Armenian Academy of Sciences and established and Cod directed the Neurosciences Core facility at the University of Iowa.
Chris's experience includes serving as a director of a human diagnostic laboratory in Alpharetta. In Georgia. He has several national and international awards for research and business achievements.
As well as publications in scientific journals such as Nature's Neuroscience, Nature Medicine and the Proceedings of National Academy of Sciences. Chris has invented and validated several new techniques for the veterinary diagnostics. Chris, welcome to the Webinar vet, and it's over to you, Bruce.
Thank you very much for the nice introduction. And, let me start. Dear fellows, thank you very much for participation.
And today we are going to talk about early cancer diagnostic test. What do we detect? What do differentiate, How do we do it?
What is the scientific background behind that? And we will cover all those questions during the 40 45 minute presentation. However, I would like you to have a pen and paper ready.
And whenever you will have a question, write it down and hold because you might find the answer to your question during the presentation. And, again, Bruce, thank you for the introduction. And let's start a few words about myself on top of Bruce's.
I was born and raised in the capital of Armenia, Yerevan. This is, drone footage of downtown Yerevan, and you can see the Mount Ararat from Bible, where no Ozark found the rest of the big flood after, I will. After going through some biographies, we will start talking about early cancer diagnostic test.
But again, I hold DVM degree and P PhD in neuroscience. And all those achievements were listed, before publications include nature, neuroscience, nature, medicine and all others. No need to be redundant.
And after graduating from the veterinary school in Yerevan, I went to the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg, Russia, to do to do to for three years for PhD programme, where I met my wife, Doctor Mariana Aga Sanden, who serves as a co-founder and scientific director of Pet preferred diagnostics. Not because she is my wife, because she is a very brilliant scientist. She holds PhD in biochemistry and immunology and, in our last, workplace BO Integrated Physician Solutions here in Alpharetta.
Where? Where? Where?
I was, running a human diagnostic laboratory. She developed, test for human. Several tests for human diagnostics.
Here is our French Bulldog, Roma, and here is a big essential part of pet preferred diagnostics. The laboratory, essentially for at the beginning, was created as an allergy testing laboratory. Because of this dog terribly allergic.
And as a pet owner, I went to my veterinarian because I am a vet but not a practising vet to do an allergy test when I found how unreliable the tests is offered in the United States, technologies are outdated. Turnaround time is up to two weeks and is terribly expensive. We decided to change it and Roma serve has served as our model.
And for all our tests, other tests. When we needed a blood sample for validation, Roma was there for us. But now let's talk about the early cancer diagnostic test.
Why? It is first of its kind test in veterinary medicine. And what are on Conal antibody?
What is on Conal antibody screening on Conal antibodies. Those are antibodies that we detect, to say if the cancer is present or not again. Here in the USA, we had just three companies.
Our company PPD expert preferred diagnostics NQ and on cocaine nine. Why, I'm telling we had because unfortunately, on cocaine nine went out of business, However, I decided to keep information about them because we I would like to see the comparison. I would like you to see the comparison between our test and those two tests on the market.
In the USA big monsters, diagnostic monsters like idex hes a and ante. They do not have their own early cancer diagnostic test. However, Idex was offering nus test and on cocaine tests.
And you could send directly to on cocaine and NC. But ID is, pushing. I think, idex was pushing those tests to their, through the chain of hospitals they are serving.
As I mentioned on cocaine is not in business anymore. And IDX is offering nuclear tests and DX is accepting serum samples from the entire United States and other countries. We, yes, will receive serum samples from all around the world.
I cannot say it's massive. Right now we are expanding more in the United States. The test has been first introduced in 2023 in May during the Chicago We show, and since then is gaining popularity.
What are on Conal antibodies? What do we screen for and what the results look like on Conal antibodies? They are developed by the immune system in response to the specific neuronal antigens abnormally expressed by tumour cells.
Let me open it a little bit. We have certain antigens normally expressed in central and peripheral nervous system. And those antigens, I will show you later where they are localised help, to help are helping central and peripheral nervous system to function normally.
However, tumour cells are expressing same oxygens. And when the immune system sees ex, some extra express antigens, immune system starts developing on Conal antibodies. They are also called high risk antibodies because they are not only expressed to block the antigens released by tumour cells, they are also blocking in parallel antigens normally present that are normally present in central and peripheral nervous system.
That's why we also call those on coral antibodies high risk because they lead to perlas neurological syndromes. So on coral high-risk antibodies target antigens in tumours and in parallel on the antigens that are normally present in central and peripheral nervous system. However, on con neural or high risk antibodies are, I already told you, are present in different parts of nervous system and here we we detect 11 on neural antibodies.
They are phips in CB two Y you recover, and so one TZ four G AD 65 TRE or DN ER. And they are localised in different parts of central and peripheral neural system. You can see you will access.
You will have access to the webinar and when they are blocked, at the places where they are normally present, we see paraneoplastic neurological syndromes. Why we decided to use this test. This test first was, Let me let me move a step back.
Very often we are asked for, do we have a publication about it? One of your question will be What are the publications? Don't forget that in scientific words, publication goes first.
And then anybody who has access to the publication can commercialise it. However, pet preferred diagnostic is a commercial laboratory. We have to protect whatever we are doing from others, not just to kick us out from market.
And right now we have filed a patent, and in a week or two, our paper will be sent to a publisher. So we are scientists, I and my wife. But here we also are, a commercial laboratory.
And we have to protect our interest. That's that's the history. Why this test was adopted from Human Diagnostic Laboratory.
It is known that those, on Conal antigens are present, in the bloodstream of human patients when they have pap plastic neurological syndrome and cancers. And we adopted this test to animals. We did human, and canine and pine sequence alignment.
And you can see those, anti G 8065 anti C CV two. Those antibodies developed by immune system in human compared with, can I, onco neural antibodies. You can see about 100% identity from 88% to 99% for so one.
So absolutely the same onco neural antibodies. Same is here for cats. Onco neural antibodies.
And here is the comparison percent identity. 97% 98 88 is the lowest, but 99.74 is here.
99.8 is here. We can say they are identical.
This ancon neural antibodies can contribute to development of tumour associated neurological disorders. As I mentioned, when they block the antigens that are normally present in central and peripheral nervous system with a different type of neurological disorders in some patients, neurological disorders develop before the cancer become clinically avert. This is a nice tool, a preventative tool to detect cancer in early stages, and I will explain you.
How do we do it? However, after explaining all this, I can state in all modern literature states that on Conal antibodies are specific to malignancy rather than a particular neurological syndrome and can be found without diagnosing any neurological syndrome. Those on Conal antibodies have a greater than 95% association with cancer.
Detection of onco neural antibodies in a patient with or without neurological symptoms should lead to a prompt investigation of cancer. Because if onco neural antibodies are detected, cancer is either already there or it is on the way. What do we detect and differentiate 11 on neural antibodies are associated with certain cancers.
You will see they are associated with 21 tumours and 14 perineoplasty neurological syndromes. Nice tool. Because it precedes the manifestation of cancer.
As I mentioned, on neural antibodies, they can be detected months, even a year before the actual tumour is formed. This is a great preventative tool. It is the only test that is available.
Available not only for dogs, but also for cats. It is noninvasive and requires only 0.1 ML of serum of some people say it is so good to be true.
But it is true. And thanks to our technologies, it is possible by, using 0.1 ML serum run the test and tell you and point you to the cancer that is already there or it is coming.
Now let's talk about technologies. Our technologies are multiplex immunoblot. Because of these technologies, we can, detect.
We can run a test. If we have one sample to run or we have 50 samples to run. We never hold anything.
And those things, thanks to immunoblot technologies commercially developed, we have a very sensitive test. We have 95% of sensitivity for our early cancer diagnostic test. We have about 97% of specificity for our test.
The technologies make our test very affordable. Affordability is the biggest concern. When we started the laboratory and our philosophy was to have the test affordable and accessible for pet owners with all type of incomes.
This is our charge to veterinary clinics. What is the deal between you and your clients we don't know and we don't want to know. But I ask you to be reasonable.
It helps a lot. Turnaround time for this test is 24 hours. Technically, all our tests are returned to vet clinics.
The results are returned within 24 business hours. We don't release test results on Saturdays and Sundays. However, we accept serum samples on Saturdays.
Laboratory is open, preparing everything. Whatever was received on Friday and Saturday is loaded on Sunday and on Monday On the next business day, you have the results. If test arrives on Monday, you have the results on Tuesday, et cetera.
24 hour turnaround time is our promise for all the test. Another nice thing about those technologies, as I mentioned before, 0.1 ML of serum make this test available for small dog breeds and for cats.
Here is the list of tumours that are associated with 11 on Conal antibodies, lymphoma, melanoma, multiple myeloma, lung cancer carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell brain tumour, thymoma, neuroblastoma, variant tumour, memory, endocrine, uterine, testicular, esophageal, pancreatic, prostate, gallbladder tumour, intestinal tumours, kidney tumours and bladder tumours. And again, our test doesn't say you're positive or negative, we can precisely point you to a tumour that is already there or it is coming. Here are 14 associated neurological disorders, as I mentioned before, when antibodies block antigens that are normally present in central and peripheral nervous system.
We see those neurological disorders and they can be detected prior to the cancer. For example, if you see seizures, just an example you can you You didn't know that. But now you know that seizures can be triggered by cancer by sending us a serum sample, we can confirm or deny the presence of cancer and can say so.
Seizures are not triggered by cancer. Treat them as you normally treat seizures. How we validated the test.
We During two years, we validated the test by testing over 120 dogs. Over 60 cats, serum or plasma samples were received from, our colleagues from different veterinary clinics from animals with already known cancers from animals. We when veterinarians suspected cancer, serum samples were approach from NIH blood bank.
They have a good blood bank. Unfortunately, only canine blood bank. However, they have, they helped us a lot by sending us serum samples, from dogs with already known cancers.
We received serum samples from veterinary oncologist and, confirmed they are suspicious or confirmed. Whatever. They already diag, found in their patients.
Very, very important. Part of validation process was to receive serum samples and test serum samples from healthy animals to confirm that we do not. Our test doesn't give a false positive result.
Now, let's compare our test with, new Q and NK nine NQK nine, unfortunately, is discontinued. But they they they did a tremendous job, scientific job, and, very unfortunate. It's very unfortunate they are out of business.
I hate to see my colleagues, my, my fellow researchers not, moving forward with whatever they already published and achieved. And but let's compare. So our test species that can be tested pet preferred diagnostic, canine and feline, technology in a blood we detect on Conal antibodies.
We by detecting them, we differentiate 21 cancers, 14 neuro neurological disorders, nuclear tests. They required the dog they test only dogs the dog to be healthy. Why?
Because they are detecting an elevated level of nucleosome, and this information is taken from their brochure. It's not out of my head, so they don't They shouldn't be upset when I talk about this. Why we can see elevated level of nucleosome and why the dog should be healthy because this test is unable to differentiate cancers from severe systemic inflammation caused by an autoimmune disorder, ischemia, or trauma.
Technically, talking any trauma can elevate the level of nucleus homes, and you never know if it is, whatever you are saying positive or negative, is because of this or because of cancer and nucleus test just tells you positive or negative for if I'm not mistaken. Six Tumours on Cocaine Test was a nice test that, detected circulating cell free tumour DNA. And unfortunately, they were only able to differentiate haematological malignancies and none of them.
None of the nucleus or on cocaine test can detect a neurological disorder. Let's continue. Pet preferred diagnostic test is available for dogs and cats.
We don't require a patient to be healthy. We proceed manifestation of cancer months, even a year before we require 0.1 ML of serum.
We do not require fasting. We do not require shipping Cona turnaround time is 24 hours, no matter what it is, very affordable nuclear test is very affordable. To have downfalls are one of up to five days turnaround time shipping ka is required.
Fasting required. Five ML of blood is required, which is not doable for small breeds. And, they required patients to be healthy on cocaine.
Test a nice test, but they required up to 17 ml of blood, which is not, I guess, doable. Even with my French bulldog up to 12 days turnaround time. They charged back in January, I guess, Or February 6 or 700 charge was to the veterinary clinics.
And with, you having your margin? Let's say how many people could afford these tests? Not not really many.
So this is the test. That right now remains the only affordable test that doesn't only say positive or negative, but points you to particularly to to a cancer. No.
How do we do the test? The technologies here are our 11 Ural antibodies, and it is immunoblot Western blood based technique. We have a membrane coating with those antigens, and this is remember, just as schematic.
How does it work? Of course imagine that there is no black as it is shown. And when we introduce, the serum sample to the membrane, we have, of course, the protocol washing, changing buffers, introducing the serum sample and some other stuff.
Let's say if we have antibodies developed, against recovering, they will bind here. And after developing the test, we will see this band developed depending of, on how how much antibodies are in the bloodstream. We can see darker, lighter bands or zero.
If, for example, antibodies against certain antigens are not developed. How our test results look like Here is a sample of a real test result. We have a list of antigens, and if antibody is developed against, for example, CV two, you can see the band more antibodies darker and long, longer.
This bar goes where we don't have anything you can see it says it says class zero. G 65 shows borderline borderline means that results are interpreted as negative. But you have to keep your eyes open to whatever is associated with GD 65.
And here Explanation. We have explanation of this. It says negative zero borderline, one plus is positive should be seriously considered.
Two pluses more and strong. Positive. Three pluses as here.
But the question is like OK, I'm looking on this. And how can I distinguish which cancer is there or which is which one is not with all those test results, we email you in parallel the explanation of results for early cancer diagnostic test and for example, again, we detected CV two. We have frequent tumours associated with, antibodies against CV two and other tumours.
OT and frequent tumours are lung cancer thymoma or lymphoma. All right, very simple. And it is can be, it can be associated with encephalitis.
Let's look here, for example, we are detecting Z four, which is zero. But let's say we are detecting Z four and Z four is on the next page. It is associated with lung cancer.
Let's say we are detecting so one, antibodies against su one. So one clearly point you to lung cancer and other tumours can be thyroid cancers again. All test results should be associated with clinical picture.
Everything here goes with, the test results. And, I can tell you that detection of an on Conal antibody in patient with or without neurological symptom should lead to a prompt investigation of cancer. You might see neurological syndrome or might not see a neurological syndrome.
If onco neural antibodies are detected, cancer is there, or it's on the way. What if on Conal antibodies are not detected? The absence of detectable onco neural antibodies substantially decreases the possibility of cancer and paraneoplastic neurological syndromes for a tested patient, but doesn't exclude the presence of other types of tumours not listed in the list.
We already did a great job, you know, by differentiating 21 tumours. Very unfortunately, it is not everything it can be something else. Let's talk about who and why should be tested.
First of all, confirmation of clinical suspicions in case when you see a clinical signs, that suggest cancer or during our early cancer diagnostic test can serve as valuable to confirm your diagnosis. This is not only straightens your medical as assessment, but also guides the subsequent treatment approach. So send us a serum sample and we will confirm you're suspicious or we will decline.
It will decline, which means if there is a neurological syndrome, it doesn't it is not triggered by cancer, or if you are suspicious that one of 21 cancers that we detect are there, we decline. It means it can be something else. As I told you, not 21 cancers that we detect.
Another nice thing about this test that you can timely. Initiate the treatment. Let's say we detected one of or few on neural antibodies, and we point to to a cancer.
You will be the hero who can promptly initiate the treatment while the patient is still feeling well. If it is done early by catching cancer in its early stages, you can minimise suffering and improve the quality of life of your patients. Unless you see something on an X ray on MRI, send us and we say, Yeah, it's a cancer, and it is too late to do something I hope not.
The case will be. The nice thing about very good stuff about our early cancer diagnostic test is that you can monitor the treatment how to monitor the treatment for patients who have undergone treatment. Our test serves as a valuable follow up tool to monitor the status of the cancer it provides reassurance and AIDS in assignment in assessing the effectiveness of the treatment approach.
Let me give you an example back to our test results. This dog was, detected. antibodies against CV two were detected in this doc serum.
And this one, let's say, was done when you were suspicious, and we or you just found, that doc is having cancer. You start treating the cancer. When you send us a serum sample in a couple of months, you should see if the treatment goes Well, If the treatment is successful, this level of onco neural antibodies should decrease more.
It goes down more successful. Your treatment is send us another serum sample in two months. Send us in four months and see how the treatment is going.
It's a very nice tool to follow up. Now, let's continue talking. Who and why should be tested.
It's an exceptional preventative screening test. We recommend highly recommend this test for all dogs and cats walking in your clinic as a preventative test. Like we do colonoscopies like we do mammograms to prevent the worse.
And we recommend to do it, to, recommend you to offer this test as a, as part of your wellness programme, dogs and cats at years, at three years and older and at two years and older for breeds that are predisposed to cancer. Very unfortunately, breeds like hero here are dogs predisposed to cancer breed dog breeds and cats that are predisposed to cancer. I believe it's not a full list, but, for example, golden retrievers in the United States, 75% of them eventually develop cancers Early detection of cancer can help to extend their life.
They can. You can treat the cancer and be the hero. We unfortunately see more and more, young animals age two and under with cancers, boxers, especially all other retrievers, Bulldogs, any Bulldogs.
And so right now they are very popular breeds doodles, golden doodles, some other doodles and whoever has this, mixed breeds they they are predisposed to cancer. Unfortunately, And of course, if you see a neurological syndrome in an animal, sending a serum sample to us to confirm or decline the suspicious, is not gonna harm test is very affordable and can be very, useful. Now, let's talk about how to communicate this pet preferred diagnostics.
All vet clinics in the United States are provided free of charge upon their request With our serum collection and transportation kit, this kit contains everything that you need. Requisition form instructions. Two tubes, biohazard bag, bubbled pocket.
And very importantly, a prepaid envelope is included. We try to make your life as easy as possible. You never need to download a shipping label.
The label. You never need to put a box together. This is a six by four by two inches.
Doesn't take a lot of room. We provide you with vacuity tube with gel separator. You collect the blood, follow the instructions.
I believe everybody knows how to separate the serum sample. Then you put serum sample in the clear tube. It goes to biohazard box.
Back then it goes to bubble envelope to protect everything with the requisition form. Goes back to this box. You put it in prepaid shipping envelope and send it out to pet preferred diagnostics of without any cooling pack.
Our test doesn't require a cooling pack. We tested when we validated the test, our allergy test and our cancer test. Thanks to our technologies are good to travel for up to nine days and it doesn't affect the results.
That's why we mainly provide you with UPS. Priority 23 day travelling envelope. Here are a higher modification of our requisition form.
On the left hand side, you can see our allergy panels on the right hand side, there is food intolerance test the early cancer test, test that we would like to order. Should be checkmark information of, for the clinic Goes here. How many?
How much serum sample you are sending should be indicated. And here goes the patient information and for allergy test. We would like to see this portion, filled out because, again, let's move a little bit away from, cancer test.
Very often we receive a serum samples for allergy testing. It is indicated outdoors from April to September, but, vet clinic is asking for a food panel. It's definitely aller allergies related to outdoor allergens.
And we help, that clinic to choose an appropriate allergy panel here. Here are the instructions that are always included, in our kids. And the question can be how the international clients are sending us samples.
That's a little bit more work for them to do because we do not send kids abroad. Simply we don't know what the cost is gonna be to send the serum sample back to us. However, our international clients do everything the same.
They separate the serum, they fill out the requisition form and they sent the serum sample to us via UPS. We prefer UPS We we receive serum samples through Canada post before and some, governmental agencies, even FedEx are sometimes giving us a headache. In receiving serum samples, UPS delivers serum sample no matter what, always on time.
The only thing different for international customers, is that they have to, fill out this form to It's a letter to United States of America custom stating that, the sample was collected by a licenced veterinarian doesn't contain an infectious material, and and it's sent out for, research purposes, which is research. Diagnosis is considered as a research purpose. This is the only difference.
And yeah, we accept zero samples from different countries. Like, right now, we have, customers in Spain. We have customers in Poland.
We have customer in France, Canada, Mexico and some of the countries. And we would like to expand, before, we move forward. I would like to give you a little break, and I want you to hear what Doctor Christian Cumberbatch, the owner of ist clinic in Al Forta, Georgia, is telling about, pet preferred diagnostics, Early cancer diagnostic test.
And he's also the medical director for ive clinics for the chain. Hi, guys. I'm Doctor Christian Cumberbatch.
I'm the owner here at Easy Vet Alpha, and I'm also medical director for Easy Vet clinics. One of the new tests that we're excited with with pet preferred diagnostics is having this new access to their cancer screening test, test for 21 different cancers in both cats and dogs. This is something that is very, very, very revolutionary in the veterinary market.
As you know that we see a lot of these patients, especially our adults and elderly patients, especially certain breeds boxers, golden doodles, labradoodles, anything pretty much anything with an L, and that we see that are much more susceptible to some of these genetic cancers. This test now allows us an opportunity to actually scream and actually start managing these cases before cancer actually becomes, you know, at the forefront. You know, by doing this, we're actually able to detect the cancers much sooner and actually develop a treatment plan that either minimises the risk of the pet getting cancer or actually starts the cancer treatment much sooner, therefore ensuring a much higher level of success.
So we're really excited about being willing to being available to give this test to the wider community. And now let's move forward. I would like to share some nice news and maybe you will.
You would like to participate. Whatever is coming soon with early cancer diagnostic test is this test very soon will be available for ferrets and rabbits, and we have very nice preliminary test results. We received serum samples from, exotic animal clinics from animals with already known cancers to confirm.
And when, veterinarian was suspicious. And this is a sample, ferret serum sample was tested and G AD, 65 was found positive, and it is associated with kidney cancer and lymphoma. Very nice test results.
Here is another test result sample obtained from a rabbit Y was detected, positive and Y is associated with melanoma. Again. Those tests will be very soon available, to veterinary clinics.
However, if we have exotic veterinarians participating, the webinar I would like to ask you to participate in the validation process. We can cover the shipping cost. We need, maybe 2030 more serum samples from rabbits and from fest to be sure that everything works fine.
And then, the test will be offered to veterinary clinics. This is an exciting news. Now, talking about pet preferred diagnostics.
What else do we offer we offer? As I told you originally, laboratory was, open as an allergy testing laboratory. Till now, we have six different panels.
Nobody is offering six panels, different panels from 45 allergens to the largest 105 allergen panels. Nobody is offering 100 5 allergen panel. Our second large panel is 100 is 100 4.
Allergen panel is available for dogs, cats and horses. We use the same technologies. The test is very sensitive and specific and affordable for all pet owners.
For you to know the most expensive 100 allergen panel is only $220. We are the only laboratory offering the food intolerance test. The IgG test.
We scan for 54 most common food and food additives that can cause food intolerance in dogs and cats. Symptoms for food, allergy and, food Intolerance can be the same and very often veterinarians they order in parallel and allergy test and food intolerance test to figure out what is really going on. Food intolerance is an immediate reaction, and food allergies is a build up reaction.
We help a lot of clinics with elimination diet, and they saved, many months of work of, like, not wasted their time with elimination diet trials. We offer canine Lyme disease monitoring profile, test all of you that you have an express test in your vet clinics. However, express test will stop working in a month and a half.
But our monitoring profile test can test for several antigens against, paralia, and we can tell if the animal is under early or later, later stages of infection. We can differentiate if, until if, the positive results are result of vaccination. And, we can, do we We can distinguish many Berea specific and no specific reactions.
Organised test is canine AOC coccus test highly sensitive test that detects heus specific IgG antibodies. We can distinguish between cystic and Al Alvear Aino caused by echinococcus granulosus Micar, respectively This specific test all of differentiating infections with, between those two species and detects the IgG antibodies to the following species specific proteins. Why, you can tell, you are so limited with the test.
Don't forget that pet preferred diagnostics is only five years old. But we made a significant progress in test development, especially in early cancer, diagnostic test and allergy and food intolerance test that is available and affordable for pet owners right now and talking again about pet preferred diagnostic series. I know the testimony from Dr Megan Herbert's Spring Valley Animal Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.
Doctor Megan hers from Spring Valley Animal Hospital in South Carolina. I switched to Pepper preferred diagnostics after talking to Doctor Chris, and he explained all his technology and the test and the science that goes behind it. I compared his allergy test directly to Greer's allergy test on a single patient, same blood sample and pet preferred diagnostics results seem to be significantly more accurate.
The food, allergy and food intolerance tests have proven over and over to be highly precise. My clients end up seeing me less and trusting me a whole lot more. The new cancer test is helpful for the owner that is always worrying about their fur babies.
I've used it to screen for cancer and support my theory for cancer as well as screening healthy patients. Moreover, Pet Preferred's cancer screen is the only one on the market that is available for cats, and they only need 1/10 of a mil of serum, excellent diagnostic test and excellent customer service. Dr.
Chris is always available to talk to me and explain all the results to me. I can honestly say I've never been disappointed by them. So Doctor Herbers and Doctor Cumberbatch, I can assure you they are not my friends.
We didn't pay them for this at all, and you can go to our YouTube channel and you can see the testimonies from different doctors from different veterinary clinics. So please consider the following offers for today's participants all the first early cancer or any test you will send us will be discounted for 20%. Just mention WWPPDX Webinar Vet Pet Preferred Diagnostics, December 04 24 On the requisition form, 20% we will be We will apply the discount, within one month.
If you are able to send us 10 tests, the 10th 1 will be completely free of charge for you, and this is a one time offer. And thereafter, every 10th, the early cancer diagnostic test received by us will be discounted by 25%. This is a lifetime offer for every referral.
You and the other clinic will receive a 20% discount. This is a lifetime offer. As soon as you will refer people to us, you will get your 20% discount and they took new clinics.
We never require a contract because people want to test with us. They stay with us and we don't want We don't like when people keep, others on leash, like giving you a piece of equipment. And you are obligated to deal only with a certain diagnostic company.
Never contract. Don't like us. Don't deal with us.
However, I can assure you whoever switched to us never we we never had any complaint. They are happy, and they are bringing out more businesses. So this we will summarise our webinar.
45 minutes. Thank you very much for participating. Here are our phones fax, email address, email us, Call us.
We always answer the phone. All emails. If they are required, a qualified answer will be forwarded to our scientific director or to me.
You will have all answers you need within 24 hours again. Thank you very much. And I am I will be happy to answer your questions, Chris, thank you very much for that.
That was, absolutely fascinating. And it's, it's absolutely mind opening. What is available and what you guys have achieved in such a short period of time.
So a big thank you to you for your time. And also to pet preferred diagnostics for sponsoring tonight's webinar. Chris, I will ask you to leave that slide up for us so that people can, get that information down because, I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of interest.
From tonight for you. And, in fact, it's one of the most common questions that has come through is, is this available in the UK? And is it available in the EU?
It is, as I mentioned, it is available. We accept serum samples from all around the world. Veterinarians should fill out the requisition form that is downloadable from our website.
Separate the serum sample. Download the, letters. It is also on our website, the letter to the US custom and send it via UPS without any cooling pack.
There is no need to send it overnight. It can be any any type of postage that will deliver the serum sample to pet preferred diagnostics. Within, let's say seven days.
And after receiving the sample, we notify you that sample is there. The veterinarians go to our website prepaid, and on the next day, they receive the results. Yes, we accept serum samples from all countries.
Excellent. Excellent. And and you've just answered another whole lot of questions as well as you know, How do people get hold of you and and order tests and that?
But you've said go to the website and everything is there, and I'm presuming those charges that you gave up there is, a universal or a standard charge, across wherever. Absolutely. Yes.
Yeah, that's fantastic. Folks, just a reminder that we are recording the webinar, so the recording will be up on the website. So if you have missed some of the fantastic information, that Chris has given us tonight, you can go back and watch the webinar again tomorrow.
And as he kindly said, you can also, contact them, email them, and, get some answers from them on that, Chris, couple of questions coming through about, how did you decide which cancers to start with? And second of all, are you going to be expanding that list? Ah, OK, which council to start with?
All tests available in veterinary diagnostics are adopted from human diagnostics. That's the number one second as a two scientists. We went through tonnes of different literature regarding the connection, between connections between on Conal antibodies, high risk antibodies and cancers.
And there is a lot available on human side. And we analysed all this literature. We found some information that those high risk county bodies are detected in animals too.
We started validating and it it's a big research. It's a big research that will be published very soon. But as I told you, as a commercial laboratory, we have to protect ourselves.
If we publish first, then everybody can jump on it or to protect this patient. For the, for future reference, whoever will be participating the VMX, convention in Orlando in 2025 in January. By that time, I hope we will have 12 on Conal antibodies tested and a couple of more cancers associated with the 12th on Conal antibodies.
We never stop. We always, develop our test. We always continue.
Of course. I wish we we can test and detect every possible cancer. But we we are limited with whatever is available.
But by the end of January, very likely it will be not 1112 on neural antibodies and more cancers available and again test the test for ferrets and rabbits are on the way. I, I again solicit veterinarians to participate. Send us serum samples that we can test again.
You you've answered, some more of the questions about other species, so that's fantastic. Thank you for that. Mattis asks, do you need separated serum or serum gel?
We need a serum or plasma sample. 0.1 ML for this test.
How you are going to do how the trainers are gonna separate the serum? It's up to them, but we prefer to have a clear serum sample. And for for that, we are providing veterinarians with evacuate tube with gel separator.
We don't like to receive gels, but we provide with tubes with gels, They separate the serum, and we work. We prefer to work with serum. Yeah.
Yeah. Fantastic. Peter asks an interesting question.
Can the test be run as part part of a post mortem? We tried with Ferran and rabbits. Sometimes it works sometimes, doesn't.
But with dogs and cats, To be honest, I would like I would say yes, we can try. We never tried. We never needed it.
Nobody asks us for that. Yeah, well, it just gives you another another, avenue. Yeah.
Fantastic. I'm just scrolling through the questions as we're talking, and, I think your your presentation was fantastic. You, as you correctly said in the beginning, you know, I'll probably answer your questions that you have answered so many of them.
there was a question. I can't find it now. Who asked it?
But about, the test being only for malignant tumours or do benign tumours Also activate these. These, tests Those on Conal antibodies are released by the immune system when it sees antigens released by tumour cells. Onco neural antibodies that we detect are specific to malignancy only.
OK, nice and clear and concise. A few questions about, interference with medications and steroids. And I'm not gonna list all the ones that people are asking about.
Yeah, very good question. Very good question. I expected I expected that question.
Our technologies multiplies multiplex iob blood, and we tested it. We we have tested for allergies for food intolerance. We tested for cancer.
We do not require your patient to be to be off of any type of medication. Our technologies allow us to test a sample if a dog or cat or horse is, treated with steroids with antihistamines or whatever medication is present, it doesn't affect the test results. Excellent.
And on your table as well. You said that They don't need to be starved or anything else, which is fantastic. Yeah.
Thank you. There's a couple of questions like, Rolando's asking, can they submit from the Philippines? I think you've answered that already.
And you've said yes from anywhere. Yeah, I if you if US P If UPS works in the moon on the moon, you can send from the moon Philippines. Any name, any country.
Yeah. Just send us a serum sample. We will test, and you will get the results within 24 hours.
Excellent. Excellent. There's a lot of questions about other species.
Folks, Chris has already covered all of that as well as what he's asking for. So if you go back and watch the recording, you will be able to, hear all about the other species and his invitation to people. Maybe in two minutes.
Chris, if you want to just repeat the invitation for, exotic, for sure. Yeah, our test. I can go back to that slide and show it if, just a brief summary would be brief summaries is our test is, we continue developing the test.
Not only more antibodies will be detected. But also, we have very nice preliminary results Obtained from, ferrets and rabbits with already known cancers. This test will be very soon available for ferrets and rabbits.
However, we would like veterinarians to participate and send us more serum samples for testing from from those exotic animals. We haven't started anything, with horses, but we are planning to, but right now, ferrets and rabbits are on the way. Fantastic.
Chris. Thank you for that, folks. I think the answers to the rest of the questions I have there are re-watch the recording.
And then, head off to pet preferred diagnostics website. Because, Chris has covered, most of the other questions that I can see. And, I think the rest of them are having a quick look at the website while you were talking.
Chris, are answered on there. Otherwise, just drop you an email, and, you'll be able to give them guidance on that. Yeah.
Please do it again. Customer service is our priority, too, because, you know, there are colleagues. A lot of a lot of veterinary veterinary clinics wish to pet prefer diagnostics because they were unhappy with customer service of companies they dealt with and with us, no matter what we answer the phone, and I can tell you after hours, all phone calls are forwarded to my personal cell phone because we are in different time zones.
And when we have 6 p.m. For example, in Georgia people in California, they are three hours behind.
They still deserve to talk to us, you know, And all cell phones. All all all phone calls are forwarded to my cell phone. I personally answer the phone or somebody else.
Yeah. Chris, thank you so much for your time tonight. We really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and this fantastic service that's available.
Also a big thank you to pet preferred diagnostics. For the sponsorship of tonight, to everybody who attended. Thank you so much for your time.
I hope you got a lot of information out of that. If you have any further questions, drop Chris and his team an email, and, they will be more than happy to assist you with that last but not least to dawn. My controller in the background.
As always. Thank you for making things run smoothly and from myself. Bruce Stevenson.
It's good night. Thank you, Bruce. Thank you.
