In this session we will use insights from over 120,000 virtual interactions to establish best practice in delivering joined up online-to-offline veterinary experiences. We will look at the changing expectations resulting from shifting pet owner demographics, and explore how these can best be met without expecting yet more from your veterinary team. We will map out the tradition customer journey for a veterinary clinic and look at opportunities for digitalisation. However, we will also establish the limitations of digitalisation. Our focus will be on tools that seek to augment rather than replace the existing in-clinic experience. We will also look at ways to engage not just pet owners but also veterinary professionals in this process by exploring the benefits and opportunities technology can unlock for them.
