And this was really, you know, clean path, cytology, how to do blood smears, you know, how to get the best out of your laboratories as well, point of care metres.

Was that, helpful? You know, I find Stefano and Eli and . We obviously do a lot of clinical CPD, but we also do quite a lot of management stuff.
And, you know, it is more difficult to get people to come and do the management stuff. Obviously that makes sense, you know, we love treating animals, we want to get them better, and, you know, people come to the webinars, but actually, you know, to actually be able to do more and to make your practise a success, it's important to understand, you know, the business side as well and. Certainly in the UK, you know, we put on some really good CPD on business, you know, veterinary business CPD.
We don't get the same numbers. Do you think there is a, you know, a tendency amongst the Greek vets, . You know, perhaps to not invest enough in the.
In the management side of running a practise, and they spend all of their time doing the clinical, is that something that potentially is a problem? Obviously, Stefanos, you're running, you know, a military unit, and, you know, obviously a great vet, but it's so important also to be able to manage and run that unit well, isn't it? Yes, it is, and you're, you're right, so far what you said, I mean, .
We, may, we more usually, talking about clinical aspects of our business and we will talk less about our business. We generally like to talk about things we know. And we don't want to talk or we are afraid to talk for things that look scary.
I think that talking about business and Ellie is far more expert in that field than me, is very useful for all of us and we should. Listen to talks like Ellie just did. It's important to run business.
Do you find that frustrating, Ellie, in, in the sense of, you know, you realise that people need this, but sometimes, you know, they won't embrace it because, you know, as Stefano said, it's, it's different, we're not trained in it vet school, we're not experts at it. So we kind of shy away from the stuff that we're a bit uncomfortable in. Well, actually, no, I don't think it's an issue.
I think it's a, I, I'm just accepting that people are not so comfortable about talking. Discussing something that they have no background or no expertise, and this is absolutely normal. So it doesn't mean that there is no value in listening and maybe they want to ask in private, so maybe they're not comfortable sharing the question with a, with a bigger audience.
So I'm happy to answer any questions that people have on my private email as well. But I, I don't see this as an issue. It's something that is normal when we are not familiar with the subject, and, these kind of concepts are quite complex, not so easy to, to explain, yeah.

Vets all over the, all over Europe, all over the world. We are a very close knit profession. I think when I go to European meetings or world meetings, you know, we do seem to get on quite well as a, as a group, don't we?
Yes we are. And you know, I'd like if, if we hopefully get a few memberships, it would be lovely to come over to Thessaloniki, because I'm told by Stefanos that it has a, An amazing climates and, and of course I'd love to meet you, Stefanus, because we, we're, we're internet buddies, aren't we really? You, myself and obviously Ellie, you know, but I, I, I know from the internet as well.
So the internet, what a great thing to bring the world sort of closer together. We will make it happen, don't worry about that. It's very easy for people like you and me to do this.
And of course I'm expecting you anytime you want to sell make it, but you, you also know that Greece is a beautiful country, so you can visit. Our country anytime you want, and I will help you out with that. Oh, that's really kind.
We are, we are actually having a look at it. One of my favourite places, from a book, I was a big fan of Gerald Durrell, who was obviously in Corfu before the war, so, who knows, that's, that's certainly one on my list that I'd love to see. We're expecting you.
