VN Futures is an ongoing project that aims to ensure that veterinary nursing is a vibrant, rewarding and sustainable profession. Driven by passionate members of the profession, the project acknowledges and addresses the challenges that veterinary nursing is likely to face over the coming years. The project decides how best to respond to these issues while also looking at ways to create a dynamic VN profession. The project is guided through the work of the VN Futures Project Board. VN Futures is a joint initiative from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) and the British Veterinary Nursing Association (BVNA). The initiative runs in parallel to the Vet Futures Project.
