Nordic Locums was founded by Hugo Richardson, a locum vet in the UK who was looking for a better work-life balance. While working in Bergen, Norway one summer, Hugo realised the Scandinavian culture provided a fabulous opportunity to experience professional fulfilment while also enjoying an improved quality of life. Following this, he wanted to offer a similar opportunity for like-minded veterinarians, hence Nordic Locums was born.
