Bio

Xavier Levy has been a Veterinarian since 2003 and a Veterinary doctor since 2005.

• Graduated from the ENVA in 2004 with an internship in companion animals.
• Former consultant in internal medicine at the ENVA and head of the CERCA from 2006 to 2008.
• Graduate of the European College of Animal Reproduction in 2007. Specialist in Animal Reproduction
• Elected to the board of the European Society of Animal Reproduction (EVSSAR) from 2010 to 2016.
• Chairman of the Reproduction, Breeding and Selection Group of AFVAC from 2012 to 2017
• Elected national director of AFVAC since 2017.
• Scientific co-director of the association for Conservation and Reproduction of Endangered Wild Species (CRESAM) since 2011.
• Veterinary doctor exercising at the Centre de Reproduction des Carnivores du SudOuest (CRECS).
• Independent expert for veterinary laboratories: Merck, Virbac, Biomérieux, Vétoquinol, etc.
• Member of the Scientific Council of the AFVAC 2019 in Lyon and Moderator of different modules
