Vail Weymann is the co-founder and CEO of PupWise, a learning and wellness platform that empowers dog parents to take a proactive approach to their pets’ health and wellness. Inspired by her own challenges as a new dog parent, Vail partnered with co-founder Ken Herbert to create an innovative product that bridges knowledge gaps and strengthens the human-animal bond.
With 13 years at UBS Investment Bank, where she rose to the rank of Managing Director, and later as the Global COO of the Dwight Schools, Vail brings a strategic, innovative approach to her leadership at PupWise. A Duke University graduate, she lives in Connecticut with her husband, three children, and a spirited pack of pets who inspire her work daily.
