I am the National Director of Triumph Over Phobia (TOP UK). After a career in banking I restrained and took over the running of the charity back in 2004. TOP UK helps people with OCD and Phobias by running a network of self-help groups delivering an evidence based treatment method. |
We are involved in lots of collaborative research with Universities across the country. More recently I have sat on a panel with Cochrane Common Mental Health Disorders looking at OCD and what is the best way to access evidence, based treatment.
