Dr. Mosebey holds degrees from Susquehanna University and the University of Pennsylvania where he received his VMD. He has been in veterinary practice for 14 years with a focus on internal medicine, dermatology, soft tissue surgery, and canine/feline behavior. Dr. Mosebey has worked closely with CryoConcepts to help develop protocols for the cryosurgical removal of a wide range of lesions in small animals and is a frequent presenter on the topic.
