Bio

Steven Hermann began his career early, working in the family supermarket, where he discovered his love for math and developed a strong work ethic (becoming an Excel enthusiast in the 90s). This passion led him to the University of Missouri, where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance. After college, Steven became Vice President and CFO of the family business, helping grow the company from under 100 to over 250 team members. When his father retired, Steven followed his passion for supporting independent business owners and co-founded ProPartners Team in 2015. Through ProPartners, he offers a range of services to veterinarians, including DVM Business Solutions, DVM Office (bookkeeping), and DVM Financial Solutions. Steven’s greatest joy is his family. He has been married to Lauren Hermann, PhD, for over 25 years. Lauren is the Chief Learning Officer at ProPartners Team and an instructor at the University of Missouri. Together, they enjoy traveling, outdoor activities, cooking, and staying busy with their three boys.
