Stefan Blakiston Moore is the Advocacy and Campaigns Manager at Cats Protection. He leads on campaigns, external affairs & research – including responsibility for the team that write Cats Protection’s Cats and Their Stats report. Stefan joined the charity in January 2020 after spending nearly a decade working in Parliament and across multiple general election campaigns. His Cats Protection cat is called Neeve.
