Previous Television news reporter, KIDK - Idaho Falls and Pocatello, ID. I have been a veterinary neurologist in Seattle since completing residency in 2002. I defended my PhD. in 2003. My research work focused on the isolation and identification of a compound which interacted with the dopamine transporter in the brain - primarily related to the possible pathophysiology associated with Parkinson Disease. Founding partner of Seattle Veterinary Specialists. Published the book "Seizures in Dogs and Cats" in 2015. Retired from clinical practice in 2016. Attended Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding class of 2017. I currently teach veterinary neurosurgery in the US and internationally. My practice is now limited to freelance veterinary neurosurgery. I joined BoosterPet in 2022 to help the executive leadership team with development, recruitment and cultural integration.
