Sarah James, RVN, Veterinary Relationship & Technical Claims Manager at Bought By Many. I qualified in 2013 and have worked up to Head Nurse/Practice Manager in small animal only and mixed veterinary practices since 2010. I am interested in wound management, diabetes, and arthritis in small animals.
I joined Bought By Many in 2019, I manage our relationships with veterinary practices in the UK and provide technical support to our claims teams. I am passionate about treating pets (and customers) as individuals and coaching others.

Outside of work, I am an avid reader (I’ve recently set up a virtual book club at Bought By Many), volunteer for local animal rescues and have recently taken up baking (like most of the country)!
