Bio

Rob qualified from Dublin in 2001 and worked in a variety of small animal practices across the UK. In 2016 he created VetPartners Graduate Programme and since 2018 he’s worked fulltime in the People Team at VetPartners looking after a large part of the HR portfolio related to learning and talent management. Rob has studied leadership at Masters level and wrote his dissertation on behaviours in clinical leaders.
