Rob Kelly

Bio
After graduating from the University of Liverpool, with an MSc in Veterinary Parasitology, Rob firstly worked in mixed animal practice in the UK. Rob has also been involved with various clinical, research and knowledge exchange livestock projects in Latin America, North and sub-Saharan Africa. Rob then went on to complete a part-time PhD in tropical epidemiology, with the Roslin Institute, including conducting fieldwork for 2-3 years in Cameroon investigating parasitic and zoonotic diseases in cattle. After working as a livestock clinician at the University of Glasgow, gaining Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, Rob returned to Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2016.
Rob is currently a lecturer and clinician in Farm Animal Practice at the R(D)SVS. With a passion for teaching and clinical duties, he continues to combines his interests in clinical livestock medicine, parasitology and One Health.
