Veterinary Surgeon with many years of experience in both the corporate field and general practice. Progressing through to Senior Veterinarian and Practice Manager in a bustling Midlands chain, my previous role saw me manage and recruit a team of staff as well as oversee key business and retail decisions. During my time as lead, the company developed from strength to strength growing in both size and importantly, profitability. My current role as EU Veterinary Advisor for a global Veterinary Healthcare Company see's me input to various departments within the business. My responsibilities include: Contributing to product sales and marketing strategy Attending influential sales meetings Communicating with Key Accounts Acting as speaker for a number of high importance events Contributing to new product development decisions Developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders Establishing, expanding and composing a program of Continued Professional Development training to be delivered to external clients Conducting and presenting official training sessions to external clients Delivering technical training to new employee's Conducting product training of the sales force Creating editorials for veterinary publications, magazines and newsletters Guiding and signing off on marketing tools and literatures Handling pharmacovigilence and product queries I pride myself on being an enthusiastic member of a team, with a keen business and clinical mind.
