Bio

Dr Rebecca Robinson, MRCVS – Business Development Consultant

A Cambridge graduate and former mixed-practice vet, Rebecca Robinson spent over two decades in clinical practice before moving into leadership and consultancy. Her passion for transforming veterinary workplaces was sparked by first-hand experiences of both effective and poor leadership, leading her to study practice management and coaching.

As a Practice Director, she reshaped culture and performance, and co-created a popular CPD course with Vet Dynamics focused on mindset, communication, and leadership. Now a Business Consultant, Rebecca helps independent practices build thriving, compassionate teams. In 2023, she joined the VMG Board and currently serves as President. Outside work, Rebecca enjoys cooking, entertaining, and playing saxophone in two bands—often after a long dog walk.
