Bio

Raquel was born in Caceres (Middle West of Spain) in 1988. After finishing her Veterinary Surgeon Degree in 2011 she decided to move to England in 2012 looking for new work opportunities to expand my veterinary knowledge and experience. She then started working as a Veterinary Meat hygiene Inspector in abattoirs, and soon, in 2013, got a permanent position working on behalf of Animal and Plant Health Agency as a Senior Veterinary Inspector, which is Raquel's current role. She is also TB Lead for the Western Delivery Area, TB Coordinator and has a special interest in wildlife and conservation of endanger species.
