Bio

Theeb is currently Regional Head of Farm at IVC Evidensia. He graduated from the University of Edinburgh and has built his career in farm animal production, with experience spanning clinical practice, higher education, pharmaceuticals and livestock nutrition. His work has taken him around the world, including training and research in the US, China and South Africa. He is a former Director of the Oxford Farming Conference, co-founder of BVEDS and Culture Collectives, and a Nuffield Farming Scholar, with his scholarship focusing on diversity and inclusion in agriculture. He was awarded an OBE in 2023 for his contribution to inclusion in the veterinary and farming sectors.
