Bio

Naila has over nine years’ experience in the NHS working across various service improvement, pathway, data and governance roles. Before joining the RCVS she was rolling out a series of education and training days across East London for both clinical and non-clinical staff in its 43 practices. In addition she worked on a project in conjunction with local acute trusts, universities and Health Education England to develop and roll out a nurse rotation program for new and existing Nurses who wished to experience primary care settings.
