Bio
Marnie is a European and RCVS Recognised specialist in veterinary epidemiology (population medicine). She is Assistant Professor in Epidemiology at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, University of Nottingham, and is Deputy Director of the Centre for Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine. She is involved in a number of projects working directly with practitioners and owners to enhance the research that is used for clinical decision-making, and to facilitate vets and nurses becoming involved in research prioritisation. She is the creator and coordinator of a postgraduate modular training course focused on helping the profession integrate the principles of evidence-based veterinary medicine into practice.
