Bio

Mark Turner graduated from Liverpool Veterinary School in 1996 and holds a Master’s degree from the Royal Veterinary College in patient safety culture. He has spoken at international conferences on patient safety culture and QI and has written for the Veterinary Business Journal, Veterinary Nurse and Companion Magazine. He is a member of the RCVS Knowledge’s 'QI Features' writing team, as well as the Veterinary Patient Safety Forum. He is course director at VetQIT, a consultancy helping practices integrate quality improvement into everything that they do.
