Mark graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1993 and completed an MBA in Strategy, Leadership, operations and service management at the University of Warwick in 2012. He worked as Clinical Director at YourVets before moving to be Regional and National Veterinary Business Manager at Jurox Pty Ltd. He was then recruited to create and lead TVM UK Animal Health (the veterinary channel brand of Domes Pharma) and launch Domes Pharma into the UK animal health market. This was the first overseas subsidiary for the group and presented them with all the challenges that come with internationalisation. Over a 6 year period the UK team grew to 28 people, launched multiple products to become a top 20 player and the undisputed market leader in toxicology.
Mark was then non-executive director of the OxMed Private General Practice since its inception in 2021. As pressure continues on NHS General Practice there is an increasing demand for private GPs. He led the practice as it expanded into new services and operational areas, before becoming the director of Oxfordshire Medical Consulting Ltd.
