Kat Hamilton (they/them) is the Executive Director of Force of Nature, a youth-led organization mobilising young people to take climate action. Since joining as a founding Director in 2020, Kat has led global programmes and partnerships with organizations like the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, Nike, and the London Natural History Museum. Their work has brought young people into board rooms, catalysed people to take action, and resourced young people to access careers and funding. With a background in sociology, fine art, and a passion for community publishing, Kat brings a creative and systems-thinking approach to climate justice.
