Bio

Dr. Masangkay got his DVM degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine University of the Philippines and his Masters and PhD in Nagoya University, Japan. He is a Veterinary Pathologist by specialization with sub-specialization in Laboratory Animal Medicine, Wildlife Medicine and Animal Genetics. He received various awards such as Most Outstanding Veterinarian in Research (VPAP), Distinguished Alumni award in Veterinary Education (UPLB), Nagoya University Award for Contribution to International Exchange (Nagoya University) and Best Speaker Award (PVMA) to name a few.
