Bio
Jennie graduated with a law degree from the University of Reading in 1998 and has been with Nockolds ever since. Having developed a specialist clinical negligence practice, Jennie moved into Alternative Dispute Resolution, focusing on mediation in the regulated professions. Now, Jennie heads up the Nockolds Resolution division and since 2014 she has led the mediation service for the General Optical Council. In 2016 she launched the Veterinary Client Mediation Service which is funded by the RCVS. Jennie continues to head the VCMS leading the team, sharing insight & building stakeholder relationships.
