Jane Clements is Head of Neutering for Cats Protection where she is responsible for the charity’s neutering programme. She is an RVN and completed a Master’s degree in Human Behaviour Change in 2020. Jane’s work involves developing targeted, collaborative neutering campaigns, promoting pre-pubertal neutering and working on research projects to monitor the impact of neutering initiatives.
