Bio

Veterinarian with experience in small animal clinical medicine and industry, scientific and lay writing and editing, student engagement, the human-animal bond and animal welfare and behaviour research. My passions are advancing veterinary and public awareness and passion for the One Welfare concept, advancing veterinary welfare leadership, and improving the lives of animals, people (including veterinarians/veterinary students) and the environment. I strive to uphold and advance the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion in all of my actions and communications.
