Bio

Gemma graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2013 and worked as a veterinary surgeon in small animal general practice for five years before joining ADM Protexin. In her role as Veterinary Product Manager Gemma is passionate about evidence based medicine, and is particularly interested in the role that the microbiota can play in health and disease.

Outside of work Gemma is kept busy by her very active toddler, Gilbert, and less active (some may say lazy!) terrier, Percy. When she can find time she also enjoys cycling and open water swimming and then undoing all the good work baking cakes. In 2019 she cycled the length of the country raising money for VetLife.
