Bio

Elisabetta graduated from the University of Naples, Italy, in 2002 and has since built an international career in non-conventional animal medicine and surgery. After moving to the UK in 2007, she completed the first ECZM Residency in Small Mammal Medicine at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, achieving her Diploma in 2014. As diplomate of the European College of Zoological Medicine and RCVS Certificate holder, she has published widely and lectures regularly across the UK and abroad. Today, Elisabetta divides her time between clinical work at Valley Veterinary Hospital in Cardiff and her role as a clinician and lecturer in Exotics and Small Mammal Medicine and Surgery at the Royal Veterinary College, London.
