Bio

Dr Dean graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2012. He quickly gravitated towards the exotic animal field and went on to become a RCVS recognised Advanced Practitioner in Zoological Medicine in 2017. Dr Dean has treated exotic animals at first opinion, referral level and emergency out of hours across the globe and now resides in Australia leading the exotic animal services at Veterinary Specialists of Sydney (VSOS). As well as his clinical work, Dr Dean is the CEO of Exotic Vet Support, an educational and telemedicine online platform that is specific to exotic animal medicine and surgery.
