Bio

Agata is an advanced practitioner in zoological medicine working in private practice whose particular focus is pet exotic species. She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2015 and has pursued her passion for helping exotic species since. She actively pursues research in practice and has a particular passion for pain management and its research in different species. Agata is currently studying for a postgraduate certificate in small animal surgery. She sits on the councils of BVZS, VIS and is the clinical director of Street Paws. Agata is currently writing a book designed as a guide for beginner exotic clinicians. She also lectures nationally and internationally trying to promote exotic animal welfare and keeping standards.
