Bio

Crystal is an evidence-based psychotherapist & consultant, founder & managing director of Full Circle Lab, and executive producer & host of Vet Med Wellness & Leadership Podcast. Crystal’s innovative approach is informed by her initial passion for animals and medicine, followed by an obsession with human performance, both physically and mentally. Through undergrad and beyond Crystal gained experience as a veterinary technician and became a certified Medical Exercise Specialist. From there, she received her Master’s in Counseling Psychology followed by advanced training in a variety of clinical modalities as well as leadership and performance certificates from Havard and Cornell. Crystal especially loves working with small to mid-sized organizations to support the wellness and performance of their teams during times of growth and challenge.
