Clare Hill is the Agricultural Strategy Director at FAI Farms, a purpose-driven research and consultancy business working

for a high welfare, equitable and regenerative food system alongside commercial partners. Clare has a background in farming and food retail, and currently manages FAI’s organic farming operations in Oxford, driving its transition to a regenerative farming system.
