Bio

Claire Oastler is a PhD student with the University of Surrey, based at the Animal and Plant Health Agency. She is beginning the third year of her PhD studies on biofilm formation and control methods for Salmonella strains relevant to long term persistence in poultry and pig farms,  hatcheries and animal feed mills.
