Christina Youell is a seasoned HR and organisational development leader with nearly three decades of strategic experience. As co founder and Director at People & Performance Ltd—a boutique management consultancy established in Cambridge in 2004—she specializes in executive and team coaching, board development, leadership programmes, and HR advisory services tailored to organisational transformation

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Senior Practitioner member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, Christina holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and is also a skilled mediator certified by the Law Society.
