Chris White is a veterinary leadership and management specialist with more than 17 years’ experience in senior operational, commercial, and organisational development roles across the profession. He is a Director of the Veterinary Management Group and also runs Mongrel Training & Consulting, supporting veterinary organisations with leadership development, team performance, change, and strategy.

Chris holds an MBA and a postgraduate-level qualification in HR. His approach combines behavioural insight, practical communication frameworks, and real-world veterinary experience to help leaders handle difficult conversations, build stronger teams, and improve performance, engagement, and wellbeing. He is also a regular speaker and published writer on people and leadership.
