Bridget Wilkins is a specialist in human haematopathology. She has more than 30 years of experience in lymphoma diagnosis and related research in that context. She has worked in university pathology departments in Leeds, Southampton, Newcastle-upon Tyne and King’s College London (based Guy’s and St Thomas Hospitals). She has been Secretary and Chair of the British Lymphoma Pathology Group and has contributed to RCPath guidelines for human lymphoma diagnosis. Now semi-retired, she continues to provide a diagnostic bone marrow pathology service for Hampshire Hospitals NHS Trust, near to her home in Winchester. She has additional specialist expertise and referral diagnostic practice in disorders of the human spleen She shares her home with a beautiful 3-year-old black greyhound, Orla.
