Bio

Annie is the Founder and CEO of Mentor Mums, a free service that connects parents returning to work with mentors who are already working parents in the same industry. She launched Mentor Mums in 2020, inspired by her own experience of returning to work and recognizing the lack of support available for parents transitioning back after parental leave. Since then, Mentor Mums has assisted parents with challenges ranging from mental health struggles, crises of confidence, and feelings of being deskilled, to issues such as being overlooked for promotions or facing workplace discrimination. In addition to its mentorship program, Mentor Mums offers consultancy services to help organizations create more parent-friendly cultures. These services include leadership training on managing return-to-work journeys, developing structured Keeping In Touch (KIT) days, and organizing returner training days designed to help parents reenter the workplace with confidence.
