Bio

Dr Alison Pyatt is Senior Lecturer in Animal Science and Course Manager for Postgraduate Veterinary Pharmacy programmes in the Department of Animal Production, Welfare and Veterinary Sciences at Harper Adams University. Her research interests lie in customer-centric service quality provision and co-production of services in the veterinary sector within the UK and internationally. Dr Pyatt is Vice Chair of the recently established Veterinary Pharmacy Association; delivers AMTRA SQP training at Harper Adams; acts as an educational consultant for postgraduate paraprofessional veterinary courses at the University of Namibia and is a coach for the successful customer experience company, Onswitch.
