We’re delighted to share that the Veterinary Green Discussion Forum (VGDF) is heading across the pond in January 2027, with a new location for this landmark event. This will be in Orlando, FL in addition to our usual European event.
The 2027 forum, titled “Profit Meets Planet: The ROI of Sustainable Veterinary Medicine.” will focus on how practical sustainability initiatives can reduce costs, improve efficiency, and deliver positive environmental outcomes across the veterinary profession and industry.
At The Webinar Vet, sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and the VGDF has become a cornerstone event for veterinary professionals who want to drive positive environmental change in their practices, communities and at sector level.

💚 Jan 14, Evening Welcome Meal and informal networking.
💚 Jan 15, Morning: Breakfast, 3 expert talks on current sustainability topics followed by group discussion time.
Afternoon: Coach to Orlando Wetland Center for nature walk and presentation by a Center representative.
Evening: Coach to Orange County Convention Centre area for drop offs.
Over the past five years the forum has grown into a vital space for conversation, collaboration, and action. This event has been hosted successfully across the UK & France annually since 2022 and we can’t wait to build on that momentum in 2027!

Dolphins Bar & Grill, Merritt Island
Dolphins Waterfront Bar & Grill on Merritt Island offers a relaxed waterfront setting for our expert talks and group discussions.
Lunch will also be enjoyed here, providing delegates with an informal opportunity to continue conversations, exchange ideas and connect with fellow professionals. Its scenic canal-side location and welcoming atmosphere create an ideal setting for a morning of learning, discussion and networking.
With its waterfront surroundings, it provides a refreshing change from a traditional conference setting.
Visit The Orlando Wetland Center
The Orlando Wetland Center offers an inspiring opportunity to explore the vital role wetlands play in biodiversity, conservation and environmental resilience. Delegates will have the opportunity to experience the site on a nature walk and hear from a Center representative, gaining insight into the area’s wildlife, biodiversity, conservation and the importance of protecting these unique ecosystems. This activity will be during Friday afternoon. "The open waters, mixed marsh, and lake attract many year-round and migratory birds to the wetlands. Over 250 bird species have been documented including blue-winged teal, green-winged teal, black-bellied whistling duck, roseate spoonbill, black-crowned night heron, American bittern, wood stork, sandhill crane, bald eagle and more." - Orlando Wetland Center
